  I bought a phone and the staff told me it’s a Xs . as I bought from them before I told her to check everything and I just signed the in store paper saying everything is ok and clearly on that it says Xs they give me receipt and I came home after a week or so I checked the phone and realised it’s a IPhone X so went back to store and was told to see Luke the so called manager and he refused point blank blaming me it’s my fault for not checking I said look at your paper work it clearly says Xs And that’s what I sighed I did not check receipt he refused to do anything and was very arrogant If you have to return be very careful they don’t like sorting the problem out and clearly this was a mistake from they side first then mine for trusting them and not checking the receipt
  So be very careful and check the paper you signing and receipt make sure it’s matching otherwise it be your MISTAKE
