- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Over the past few years I have had an excellent service with friendly and helpful staff however I was hugely irritated this morning to arrive for my 9.10 appointment which I found had been cancelled without me being told. The lady receptionist is a delightful lady and couldnt have been more apologetic and I know that we all make mistakes but I had put in place a number of appointments which had been difficult to organise. I was advised that because Will, my previous audiologist and with whom I had my appointment had moved to Sheffield hed been deleted from the system along with his appointments. Seems to me that there may be a system problem as there were 2 other clients apparently in the same position! Rant over. Regards Robin leeBy Admin, November 10, 2017
